The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

No later than 3 months from the decision date, the acoustic shroud and fan speeds as detailed in the submitted and hereby approved "Proposed External Elevatons Drg No. A-2102 Rev. 3", "Proposed Service Yard Plan Drg No. A-9004 Rev. 5" and "Plant Noise Impact Assessment (NSL, June 2024)" shall be installed / implemented and thereafter retained and maintained in perpetuity. Reason: to ensure that the noise levels from the development hereby permitted do not give rise to unacceptable impacts from noise pollution and on the amenity of nearby residents in accordance with policies D24 and D25 Sedgemoor Local Plan 2011-2032.
