No development shall commence unless and until the following details of the proposed solar panel array have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority: A schedule of the externally facing materials to be used in the proposed solar panel array. Visual Details of the Ballasted Frame system upon which the proposed solar array is to be mounted. Proposed Elevational drawings of the supermarket roof building showing the proposed roof elevations with the solar panel array to be installed. The angle at which the proposed solar panels are to be mounted. Details of the minimum amount of space between each set of panels. The development shall not be carried out other than in accordance with the approved details and shall be retained as such thereafter. Reason: In order to comply with the requirements of Criteria J.4(2) and J.4(11) of Schedule 2, Part 14, Class J of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015.
