No later than 3 months from the decision date, an acoustic fence shall be erected as shown on approved plans 'proposed external elevations drg.no. A-2102 Rev.2' and 'Proposed Service Yard Plan Drg No. A-9004 Rev. 4' and shall thereafter be retained and maintained. Reason: to ensure that the noise levels from the development hereby permitted do not give rise to unacceptable impacts from noise pollution and on the amenity of nearby residents in accordance with policies D24 and D25 Sedgemoor Local Plan 2011-2032.
