The proposed siting of the 17m high monopole and ancillary structures would be sited within close proximity of the junction of Pollard Road and Whitfield and would result in a detrimenal impact on the visual amenity of the street scene and residential character of the area by virtue of its height and prominence within the locality. Prior approval is required and refused under Paragraph A.3 (4) of Class A of Part 16 to Schedule 2 of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) England (Order) 2015 (as amended).
