By virtue of the size, siting, and changing illuminated dispalys together with the cumulative impact of illuminated advertisements at the site, of the advertisement proposed, the development, if permitted, would result in an unacceptable impact upon the amenity of the area and therefore fails to comply with government guidance in the National Planning Policy Framework and The Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisement) (England) Regulations 2007 (as amended) and Policies D2, D25 and D26 of the Sedgemoor Local Plan 2011- 2032.
