By virtue of the close proximity of the proposed dwelling, particularly the eastern wall to the neighbour's property to the east, the development would result in an unacceptable level of visual domination and loss of light to the detriment of the amenities of the neighbouring residents. As such the proposal impacts unacceptably on the amenities of neighbours occupiers contrary to Policies D2 and D16 of Sedgemoor's Core Strategy.
