The existing access track from the application site to the main highway network  and the associated junction with Station Road are, by reason of the width of the track, the angle of the turn at the junction and the inadequate visibility of oncoming traffic, considered unsuitable to safely to accommodate the additional traffic movements that would be generated by the proposed dwelling. As such the proposal is contrary to policy D14 of the Sedgemoor Local Plan 2011-2032.
