The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In accordance with the provisions of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990 ( as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).

The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

The agricultural building hereby approved, shall be coloured green, the exact details of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall thereafter be maintained and retained in accordance with the approved details in perpetuity. Reason: In the interest of visual amenity and in accordance with Policies D24 and D25 of the emerging Local Plan.

The hereby permitted building shall only be used in relation to the management and working of the surrounding farmland. It shall not be used in any other commercial capacity without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: The site only appropriate for an agricultural use.

No floodlights shall be erected or installed on the building or in the field(s) without the prior approval of the local planning authority. Reason: In the interest of visual amenity and in accordance with Policies D24 and D25 of the emerging Local Plan.

The building shall not be used for the intensive rearing of poultry, pigs or livestock without prior written permission of the local planning authority. Reason: In the interest of safeguarding the amenities of nearby residential neighbours and in accordance with Policies D24 and D25 of the emerging Local Plan.
