The erection of proposed outbuilding, as shown on the drawings referred to in schedule A, would be within the criteria set out in schedule 2, part 1, class E of the general permitted development order 2015 (as amended). As such provided its use is solely by the occupiers of the main dwelling (known as Hare House), or purposes incidental and ancillary to their residential occupation, it would not require the grant of planning permission.
