The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

The planted hedge in the raised beds to the south east and along the eastern boundary closest to the raised decked area as shown on Landscape Plan drawing number A101 shall be grown to a height of 2m and thereafter be retained and maintained in perpetuity. Any plants which, within a period of five years from the completion of the planting, die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased, shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species. Reason: In the interests of the residential amenities of the adjoining occupiers in accordance with Policy D25 of the Sedgemoor Local Plan 2011-2032.
