The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

Within three months of the date of this decision, a 'lighting design for bats' shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Such lighting strategy shall show how and where external lighting will be installed (with the provision technical specifications and operation) so that it can be clearly demonstrated that areas to be lit will not disturb or prevent bat species using their territory or resting places. All external lighting shall be installed in accordance with the specifications and locations set out in the design, and these shall be maintained thereafter in accordance with the design. No external lighting other than those approved under the lighting design for bats shall be installed without the prior written consent from the local planning authority. Reason: In the interests of the Favourable Conservation Status of local populations of European protected species in accordance with policy D20 Sedgemoor Local Plan 2011-2032.

The area allocated for parking on the submitted and approved plan drg.no. Proposed Location & Site Plan Drg No. S6128/100G shall be kept clear of obstruction at all times and shall not be used for any purpose other than for the parking of vehicles in connection with the development hereby permitted. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and in accordance with policies D13 an D14 Sedgemoor Local Plan 2011-2032.

No more than 90 pupils shall attend the school premises hereby approved at any time. Reason: To ensure an acceptable impact in terms of amenity and highways safety and in accordance with policies D13, D14 and D25 Sedgemoor Local Plan 2011-2032.

No later than the end of the first planting season following the date of this decision the proposed landscaping including the landscape bund shall be constructed and carried out in accordance with Proposed Location & Site Plan Drg No. S6128/100G and as detailed in the accompanying bund planting advice schedule number 012706. Thereafter all landscaped areas shall be protected and maintained, and any trees or plants which, within a period of five years from the completion of the planting, die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased, shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species unless the LPA has given its written consent to any variation. Reason: To ensure that that the development is appropriately landscaped, and adequate mitigation measures are in place in accordance with policies D19 and D25 Sedgemoor Local Plan 2011-2032.
