Land & property searches

The Land Charges Register is a service that allows you to search via map for land charge records for any location within Somerset.

Search for Land Charge records by using the interactive map below.

To perform a spatial search:

1. Click the cog to display the map menu
2. Search for a location on the map by entering a location or postcode and clicking 'find location'
3. Select the drawing type
4. Draw/Plot on the map, The scale of the map must be 50 metres maximum to be able to plot on screen.
5. Submit the search
